Please make sure you have a filament spool positioned over the spool holder, guided along the filament guide, with the filament in counter clockwise direction.
In this step, you need to make sure you preheat the machine for filament derived temperature.
This step needs some extra focus.
Make sure initial filament does not have any bends and perfectly uniform, if necessary cut off the initial bent/damaged filament
Insert filament into Teflon tube as shown till it reaches the other end
Remove the top cover by unscrewing the Allen nuts with the help of Allen key provided as shown
Remove the Teflon tube from the extruder head by pushingthe blue cap on placed on top of the extruder headand push the filament into the extruder as shown
Insert the filament into the extruder as shown post which insert the Teflon tube back into the extruder
Go to extruder menu, click on extrude button and set Extrude length to 100 mm as shown in the image. Wait for few seconds till the filament comes out the nozzle tip
Once the nozzle purges out the initial filament, remove the purged filament stop extruder rotation and connect the Teflon tube back on extruder head You are now ready to print WARNING: Do not touch the extruder while it is Heating, it heats up to 230° C NOTE: Don’t be surprised if the material that initially comes out of the nozzle is not the colour you expected. There’s probably some filament left inside the nozzle. This is caused by testing the machine before packing. Wait until you see the colour that you loaded comes out of the nozzle
