3D printing process for Accucraft is divided into 3 basic steps:
- Orientation
- Slicing
- Printing
Orientation:
a) In order to give best quality print by saving essential components orientation is required.
b)We recommend using cura for orientation For proper orientation make sure you place the part on the build platform, in such a way that:
i. minimum supports are generated
ii. While placing the parts make sure that supports are not generated on the edges that require more dimensional accuracy.
Printing and Slicing:
a) Switch on your Computer and machine
b) Connect your USB to the printer
c) Open your stl file in Kisslicer software for slicing the design and generating the g codes
d) Check the settings and adjust the part correctly at centre of build plate
Note: Make sure it is an error free file
e) Now click on slice button and save the sliced part to desired location with .gcode extension
Below shown is a visual image of slicing procedure:
f) Now open the Repetier software and click on connect printer button on the top left side of the screen.
g) Now go to manual settings tab and decrease the Z-axis so as to lower your build plate.
Note: Clean build plate if build plate is rough remove it and wash it with water, dry it
Up and again and level it
h) Apply glue evenly on the bed
i) To warm up plate click on heat extruder and heat print-bed in manual control
Warning: do not touch build plate while heating as it would be in temperature range of
110° C
j) Now click on load button and open.gcode extension (sliced output) file
k) Click on run job
