In this case you will have to clean the extruder gear and nozzle, Here is the process:


After continuous usage of the machine, once in a month the Extruder gear should be cleaned.

 

1. Turn off the machine and remove power cord. (make sure extruder is not hot , filament is removed & wear safety gloves and goggles for this procedure)

2. Open up two screws with washers with the help of Allen key

 

 

3. Just make the screws loose and pull out the assembly very carefully,

 

 

4.Now you will see extruder gear with stuck up abs parts in teeth like this:

 

3.With the help of Allen key/ Screw driver remove the plastic parts and 
hold the motor with your handdont let it fall on build plate.
1.Remove the motor connector carefully..
2.Now clean the motor with the help of blade, make sure each teeth usclean.

 

3.Now fit everything back properly and make sure fan allen screws are tight enough.

 

4.After doing this heat up the nozzle to 240 degrees and please clean nozzle with help of stove wig (pin dia around 0.3mm) by pushing it in completely & taking it out for 4-5 times
5.Now load the filament and start printing again.
if still prints are not consistent clean the nozzle with stove wig, and then start printing again..
